This is really tough to say, as some characters are manifestations of other power sources you mentioned, & are not able to separate physical strength from them. The power cosmic comes to mind, because Galactus is living power cosmic. Therefore, his strength is the power cosmic, because it is his life energy, much like chi. The same could be said about the Silver Surfer, because his body automatically can convert cosmic energy to strength. He could lift more than Superman or the Hulk, but the power cosmic is part of his life essence now, & cannot be separated from his physical strength.
I would say the Living Tribunal would be the strongest. His is said to be omnipotent, so there would be no limits to his strength. However, he is also a cosmic entity, & the power cosmic is his life force to an even greater degree than with Galactus.
Time limits might also play a factor. If contestants only had a limited amount of time to lift a weight, Hulk would be at a disadvantage. The longer he can struggle with the weight, the more he can lift. Without a time limit, Hulk could eventually outlift Superman.
Now, going without much in the way of modifications, if cosmic beings are essentially eliminated, & there is no time limit, I'm going to go way out in left field. I'm picking the Maestro. For those who may be unaware, the Maestro is a version of the Incredible Hulk from a possible future, who Hulk once battled. Maestro is twice as strong as his younger green Hulk self, & still continues to grow stronger with rage. He's also reasonably intelligent, but that doesn't matter for this discussion. What does matter is if Hulk can lift 100 tons before getting angry, Maestro can lift 200 tons while calm. Both get stronger as they get madder, so the Maestro is my pick. He'd always have an edge over Hulk, & would keep getting stronger as the heavier & heavier weights enraged him even more.

Would have to go with Superman. People may think he's too "old school", but, by and far, he's the most powerful Superhero in any universe. I think both Thor and Hulk would come in next, although I can't seem to recall who has been rated as stronger than the other. Galactus is great, but his powers are more cosmic than physical, yet he can drain planets dry-pretty damn powerful..The "Champion" was defeated in a physical battle by She-Hulk, and he had used the Infinity Gem or something before, so he had cosmic advantage. Got to go with Supes'. Readers should check out old Marvel Universe Handbooks or DC's Who's Who back issues for strength levels, powers, etc. This is a good question.

Tone muscle groups alternatively of constructing them. That strengthens muscle groups at the same time nonetheless retaining them small. It's real that if you have muscle groups, it is simpler to burn fats, however it isn't real that figuring out will flip fats into muscle. Try staying power coaching to tone muscle groups and slender down. That approach lighter weights, however extra repetitions in a row. If you on the whole raise, say, 50 kilos and do eight reps for two units, alternatively raise 30 kilos and do 12 reps for three units. Good good fortune!

Hulk or Champion. I think Hulk. He's all raw power.
Supes combines speed in his efforts along w/ his invulnerability. Similarly Thor uses speed and his hammer.
Hulk is obviously stronger than Benjamin Grimm.
Champion is intriguing, partly b/c you keep mentioning him. I've seen one comic w/ him in it, has he been around more than that?
Anyway, he's been training in lots of fighting styles, but he's not all strength. Hulk is.
Captain Marvel is a possibility, but he's only as strong as Hercules, thus Hulk has them beat.
Blok (pre Crisis) would be worth considering, but he's got alot of invunlerability too.
Comparing each, I've got to go w/ Hulk.
