My friend saw it, and she said that it wasn't really that great. There was only four other people in the theatre! lol It just depends on what type of humor you like. If you like kind of crude, stupid sports humor, than you might like Talladega Nights. :)

You're going to get a lot of answers from people saying "oh, it was great" and "yeah, go see it, it's real funny" etc.
These responses will be from the age group 11-14 and those others of that mentality group. These are the intended audience for such a ridiculously stupid and idiotic movie.
Anyone older than that has enough sense to recognize just how really bad movies like this one now being produced in Hollywood are.
Will Ferrell really hits bottom with this one. Just how gullible is the American moviegoer after being sucked in by all the hype?
Just look at the folks lining up to see this piece of garbage and you'll have a pretty good idea.
As one movie reviewer puts it:
"Talladega Nights spins out early and never recovers."
As far as I am concerned, this lemon crashes and burns from the very start.

Yeah, I thought it was pretty hilarious. I love Will Ferrell and he was really great in this movie :)
The whole gayness part of it was kind of creepy though lol.
By the way, the theatre I saw the movie in was packed with people...and everyone was laughing the entire time.

I haven't seen it yet but I will this weekend. Don't expect much but thought it might be funny.

My two teenagers saw it and thought it was very funny. I agree that it depends on your sense of humor.

its not as great as you would expect it to be.
will pharell makes it enjoyable to watch, but its not one of his funniest/greatest movies he has made.
its moneys worth to watch, but dont expect too much from it.
