A month ago I was at Vegas, NV. I went to a club and I lost count of my drinks. Some how I had meet a guy (who is/was a resident in Vegas). The next day I woke up in his bed I asked "who he was". He said, "I am your husband!" Some how I don't remember anything of that night. He looks like a nice guy. Should I stay with him and do a pre-nup? Or File for divorce?

If you don't recall the badaboom party forget him. If you rate the badaboom party to be a good one stay with him. If you don't remember a thing then you are in trouble even if you forget him.
Cheers

Pre-nups are pre marriage.. if you actually are married you can no longer have a pre-nup. Ask to see a copy of the marriage license and then go to the county courthouse and see if one has been entered into public record, if there hasn't been and there is no license, you are free to go. Good luck.

You know what they say about nice? A cup of tea is nice! He obviously likes to trick drunk girls into marrying or sleeping with him.
Maybe if he owned Vegas. Then I would consider it, but he is only a resident. so he is either out there giving out all his money or trying to make money, because he has nothing.
Get out of there! File for a divorce, but also 50% of everything he owns. That should teach him a lesson to pick and choose who to marry and not just get them drunk and vulnerable and then marry them.
Show him who's the boss now!!!!!

Marriages in Vegas aren't legal until they are filed with the court system. This is hilarious though....who does this? And to think I thought this only happened in the movies.

If you're married...it's to late for a pre-nup. (Pre= before?) I say BAIL!!!!! You don't need this drama.

It is the final outcome of drinking and be sure if you drink more again you will feel him.
