imagine, that you have build a huge supercomputer which is able to simulate motion of atoms and waves in some small part of space. Now imagine that we have built exact model of spermatozoid and ovule and some necessary space around them.
Then if we run the simulation program it would be logical that after some time this model will become an embrion, even without our knowledge of how our brain works e t.c. just because of the laws of physics. And after some period this will become a human with the real intelligence. My question is, is there something wrong with this idea? Is it possible or am I missing something?

Yes you are missing something.
An embryo senses its environment a computer does not,
an embryo learns by interacting with its environment.

Yes you are missing something. It took us about 6 million years to evolve to our present state as a species. But if you also count the time back to the creation of the planet, around 6 billion years. We are the product of 4 billion years of life and its experiments and/or its gifts from God if you choose to believe. We are unique.
Artificial Intelligence may be able to play chess, run simulations of weather, run orbital parameters for astronauts, and run all kinds of complex mathematical equations. But that is all. Artificial Intelligence can not reproduce. You will never have a computer procreating if that is what you are refering to. For that you need RNA and DNA in a cellular machinery, that is, life.

you'd have to have a pretty crazy computer, that's a whole lot to simulate. it'd be pretty difficult to program all the nessisary charectoristics of the sperm and egg
