Honesty and straight forwardness has always been the best policy for me. Tell her how you feel. She may not really "love" the guy she is spending time with and may be looking for "true love" instead. If she turns you away, at least you know so that you can move on with your life and not regretting the "what if's". Good luck in your search!

Ask her and find out. Rather than sitting around waiting for her to magically discover that you love her. Telling her will spare the agony of everyday that you spend wondering whether she loves you or not.
