Okay I was looking for somthing online and I came across something that said a ritual that kids do called BLOOD BROTHERS/SISTERS said that kids cut themselves on their hands and hold hands were they cut each other at. And they said you can get HIV or AIDS but can you get it if nether one of the people have HIV or AIDS? (i know this has nothing to do with pregnancy)

Think about what you just said. If you are sharing blood with someone with HIV then yes you can get it too. If neither one of the people have HIV, then no of course not. HIV is a blood borne disease, either people have it or they don't - it doesn't just appear magically in thin air when someone does something risky!

Well, if neither of the people coming into contact with each others blood have AIDS then obviously neither one can get AIDS from the other. AIDS doesn't spontaneously occur from two people's blood coming in contact with the other.

Nothing arises from nothing. If neither HIV positive then neither will catch HIV from each other ;-)

You failed science and health, didn't you.

This is a question that shouldn't have to be asked.

It's like asking if a girl can get pregnant without ever having any contact whatsoever with sperm.

Of course you can't get it if you contact another person's blood who also doesn't have it.

It's not the easiest way to get HIV, but you can. Nobody should ever try that!

If neither of you are infected, you cannot contract HIV/AIDS. If one of you are infected, yes, you can be infected by that ritual or having sex of any kind of them (God forbid that happens).
