Why are my nipples stil under developed, my areolas arent fully circled and they push out like pointed mini triagles, when will they become fully sculpted with full sized nipples?

Regarding your nipples, it is because they have not finished growing. When you are fully developed, your problem will be solved.

This may take some time, actually the development in different females varies. U just wait for another year and u be full.
