In your avatar you have brown eyes so i would go with "Almay Play up the brown" Eye makeup to bring out your eyes and make them pop. As for your lips use a clear shiny gloss so it wont take away from the shape or form but at the same time give it just a touch of sparkle.

Highlight one at a time, if you do both at once you will look like a clown.
Smokey eyes with a pale pink wet look gloss will draw attention to your eyes while keeping your lips looking sexy,
Or wear minimal eye make up such as a sheer gold eyeshadow and mascara then use a bright red lipstick to draw attention to your mouth will still letting your eyes shimmer

Since they are naturally beautiful, you really dont have to use too much of make-up over it. While you could use whatever you want over your face, you could be natural with your eyes, just adding a bit of maskara...and kajal (if you know what kajal or kohl is), I think its the best thing you could use to highlight beautiful eyes...it does it to mine, so I know. For lips, use pinks and light shades...making sure you define your lip line...With light pink colors over your lips, and dark beautiful eyes, I am sure it would have some sex appeal..i donno what your other features are, i mean in terms of how round, long , square...etc. your face is, but for a round face like mine, it sure works....

Find a good eyeshadow that enhances your eyes, and berry lipstick/gloss always makes anyones lips look even sexier.

if ur tryna be sexy and have pretty eyes dont wear eyes shadow or mascara....only wear sexy bright lip gloss....pink or light red...basically valentine colors lol...but if u have pretty eyes trust me theres no need for eye makeup....
