Hi, I'm getting an Ipod and I really don't know alot about them. I'm getting one from ebay and it comes with the earphones and the usb cord and everything except for software but it said that I could download the software and manual from the manufacturer for free.

So my question, is Itunes the only software I need to make it work? Because I don't want to get this thing and not be able to use it because of missing software.
So, I repeat, is Itunes the only software I need to make the Ipod work? Thanks in advance.

Yes, iTunes is the only software you need to make the iPod work. Its very easy to download it, and iTunes lets you buy songs, put songs on your iPod, and make specific playlists. Congrats on getting an iPod, they are so awesome! Have fun! :)

Yes, i-tunes is the only software that will the ipod work. Don't try making it work by opening up the drive. I tried that and it did not work. So i-tunes is the only program you can use to make it work.
