because the cease-fire plan is backed by Bush demanding Israel immediately withdraw even before a peacekeeping force arrives and promising to send 15,000 troops to take control of the Hezbollah stronghold along the border. so that the presence of US forces will increase in the region and you know it certainly will be worse.

U.N. cease fire plan is not impartial but Bush interested plan.Who himself is great terrorist and is pushing the entire world into a war and is ruining the peace of the world. Why does he puts nose in the peace of others. First he himself directs some associated country to impose war on some poor country by alleging some un-realistic allegations and when that country is ruined then began to talk about cease-fire as per his interests, began to extend aid.He is stimulating hatred amongst muslims for himself and for his fellowbeing. He is cruel and his cease-fire plan which is not being accepted by the labanese PM must be partial and based on occupying the country.

Because it is a bias plan as :
1- It does not call for withdrawal of Israeli troops from the lands they occupied recently.
2- It does not call for withdrawal of Israli troops from "Shaba Farms" , the occupied Libanese territory for which the Libanese gurrellas have been fighting and will fight for in the future..
3- It does not call for exchange of prisoners but only that Libanon should release the two Israli soldiers while thousands of Libanese prisoners shall remain in Israli torturing camps...

There are other reasons but these are the main ones....

'Cos it doesn't ask Israel to withdraw the army from Lebanon...They are supposed to remain in Lebanon until the multinational force arrives...So again the Lebanese will see them as occupiers and Hezbollah will fight again ,so there will be no cease fire...
The Lebanese PM asks for a draft that clearly asks Israeli army to withdraw from Lebanon as soon UN's plan of cease fire is applied...

he rejected vcause he now realised that what the poltical mistake he has done by sending the troops of syria on pretext of assisnation of rafiq harari by mossad agents. and how he was decieved by western power in term of not stopping the israel holocaust theory of lebnan. he wants own free lebnan not israel prence lebnan where there would be always a bombardment in pretext of hizbullah.he also realised that how hizbullah is strong to defend the lebnan.other hand the ceasefire announced so late why not so early when israel started the violation of international law and geneva convetion on human rights.now what is remain in lebnan to sustain. so let the fight continue untill the coming of regional war where the interest of america would jeopardised in term of boiling the anger of muslim masses in middle east and more and more voilance against western powers.

i would guess that the cease fire lacks justice for both sides.

i am guessing the reason would be that it would be a one sided deal where Lebanno will take all of the punishment or blame

while israel gets protected in the UN by a U.S security council veto.

i would assume.
