its the blood loss, as said above, therefore losing iron, it could be a sign of anemia too but id suggest just checking it out with your doctor, he'll probably do a blood test, and he can resolve the problem.

You're losing blood and therefore iron. You might need an iron supplement during your period.

Me too. Try eating alot of bananas when its that time of month....Iron might also help you..
