If your constipation is really bad then i will recommend you to visut your docter.
Or i will advise use baking soda to get rid of constipations.
take small spoon of baking soda and suck it up with a glass of water.
It really works drink soda water else or have ENO it will make your constipation wind in six seconds.

lots of water and walking helps, but isn't fast. For fast, you need some exlax, or ducolax. Or you could take some epsom salt (just follow the directions on the carton.)

yes i know the feeling drink some bakingsoda water put like three table spoons of bs in a glass of water drink it all up.....wait about 20minutes when your stomach starts to rumble get by the toilet.its going to come out like running water p.s dont leave the house your going to keep running off untill its all outta there

drink lots of warm drinks - lots of water and tea etc.

take a hot bath, which might loose your back passage

drink lots all the time which may help you aviod this situation in the future. if this is reoccuring then speak to your GP

Buy a bag of dried dates. Eat them until they work, drinking lots of water as you do so.

They will work quickly, and much more gentle than harsh laxatives.

drink plenty of water
eat plenty fibre , if you incorporate all these in your diet , this will bring a end to constipation
