Depends on who they are on. If its musican, model, actor, or any 'hip' person - usually pretty cool. On a Lawyer, doctor, dentist, or a redneck - not very cool. Also, depends what kind of tatoo it is, the size, and where it is on the body. For example, a tatoo on someone's forehead is simply not sexy, no matter how great the art work is.

Rule #1: Don't get a tattoo on the lower back---it instantly makes you look like a whore and/or someone who likes it in the pooper. Rule #2: Don't get an ankle tattoo, or a tattoo along the side of your foot...yuck. Rule #3: Don't get a tattoo of some Chinese symbol that is "meaningful" to you---that immediately tells the word that you have no brain of your own. Rule #4: Don't get a tattoo of butterflies/flowers/hearts. Just so cliche and boring. Rule #5: Don't get a tattoo somewhere that everyone can see, because you might regret this when searching for a job at some point, or advancing in the work place...trust me. Rule #6: Don't get a tattoo of your husbands name, no matter how in love with him you might be. Just don't. Anything besides that stuff is probably cool. Good luck.

Well it actually all depends on what the tattoo looks like and where it is. I do find most tattoo's sexy but i hate it when people have too many tattoo's because then it looks ugly. Im getting my first tattoo soon. Cant wait!

depend I guess I for one have none. My husband has 1 but he wants more. I think if they are on the right person O crap who knows. I am no fan but there was this one guy he was hot he had tattoos all over up to his neck and I thought he was sexy as hell.. (sorry honey)..so yes on certain people

Tattoo's are so common now,it is similar to walking around with a cellphone stuck to your ear.Try expressing your sexuality through your personality,or get a barb wire tattoo around your bicep,and a butterfly at the small of your back and you will fit right in.Thank's very much mmmm bye bye.

Depending on the person - whether if it suits his/her image as well as the placing of the tattoo, and of course the size and picture.

Look great when you are young and have toned skin..look awful when you are older and getting all wrinkly...that nice ancient boat tattoo on your back looks just fine when it is done, when you are young...but give it time..oh..say 50 years...and the skin goes wrinkly..you get wind knocked outta it's sails and it looks like a shrivelled up prune boat :)
