This is completely opinion based - it's something you have to decide for yourself and really, in the end, to hell with everyone else. There are certain judgements passed against women with implants (some seen here in the responses), and truth be told, no blanket judgement is ever correct. Get them if you want them, don't if you're uncomfortable with the idea. Just be aware that you are paying for at least TWO surgeries (implant and replacement in the future), and do research on risks, payoffs, etc.
With that out of the way, I myself am a 24 year old woman who is saving up for breast implants. I have an incredibly small frame (5'6" and 115 lbs) and am desperately tired of being mistaken for a highschooler, especially since I am a DJ and sometimes it makes my job difficult. Just the other day I was carded for an R-rated movie and it drove me nuts. I want to be able to look and feel more sexy and be able to actually wear feminine clothing (ladies with flat chests you know what I mean).
Women who want implants are not all bleach blonde man-hungry bimbos - some of us went to ivy league schools, have dark hair, and are engaged *ahem*.
Dismiss the reactionary answers - do your own research and make a conclusion based on what you want for yourself.

I think they are ridiculous. If you want to go smaller, that makes sense to me. I mean, boobs can totally get in the way of sports, cause back pain, and neck pain (if you wear halter tops). To make them bigger is just a way of trying to get attention from guys and there is no practical reason to have them larger... maybe if you have breast cancer and lose a boob, then you could replace it with an implant.
i must confess.. I am saving up to get a boob job... I had a kid, my boobs are bigger and lopsided now, so I'd like a reduction and them to go back to being at least close to the same size. That's more for trying to find bras and shirts to fit me properly than it is to get attention though.
So, breast implants are ridiculous.

I like breasts that move around freely, jiggle and are soft to the touch.
And I hate implants precisely because they take away all of the above. Breasts with implants become rigid and umoving, they don't jiggle any more, and they become hard to the touch.
Perhaps fully clothed breasts with implants look great. Nobody can tell the difference between natural breasts inside a firm bra and implanted breasts.
But in a more intimate setting without the clothes, implanted breasts look un-natural and feel artificial.

Hate em'. I will take natural over fakes anyday!
As for size, I am partial to smaller rather than larger.
Of course the most important factors are the lady's personality and how well she treats others. She can appear to be a goddess but she is plain ugly with a bad personality or if she treats other poorly.

I love the look but hate the feel. U can always tell a fake boob. However, if I was an A cup I'd have done the same thing, so good on you babe.

heck im pretty much against plastic surgery... the only reason why is because i think everyone is beautiful on the inside n they shouldnt have to prove it to n e 1.. i mean if u feel that u will see urself better.. your choice.. only thing is.. implants MAY [ or may not] give u breast cancer... and my nona [ grandma] died of cancer...

I think it is sad that people resort to physically changing themselves just because they think society needs them too.
People , be happy with what you have , don't resort to self mutilation.
Boo Hoo , my titties are too small..........
They do the job they were put there for , don't they?
I think cosmetic surgery should be reserved for people with natural birth defects , or for people who have been in a unforeseeable accident only.
