If you are around other women, usually your cycles will somehow adapt to the same schedule, so every woman in an office or a household spending lots of time together winds up having them begin on the same days.

chages in monthly period, your asking if its safe, what do you mean by that? if you're referring to your body cycle & health well for me it ok. most female do experience it at one point of their life,
changes in the sked of ones monthly visit is normal, some factors affects it like anxiety, stress & fatigue, your day to day activities incluing the foods & liqour that you take. thus, if your asking if its safe to have an intercourse, id say better use some protection an not to rely on rhythm method.

It's happened to me once. Don't worry if it's just this one time, as long as it is normal in terms of duration, etc. It could be due to anything (stress, change of weather, exercise, or just some hormonal change).

i myself dont have a regular period so i wouldnt know but if i were u i would ask a doctor if its ok

yes, women get thrown off their cycles all the time...stress, getting sick, travelling can all throw u off. If it becomes a problem, you can go on the pill, which will regulate your cycle
