I assume you're refering to America.
If that's the case, I would have to say New York. The people are open minded, hard working, I love the fast pace of the city, and everything it has to offer. The climate is great. Winters are wild, and summers are hot, but not too hot. The only problem with New York City is the noise pollution, but compared to some cities in Asia, its not that bad.
Florida, would be my second choice, for its beauty, peacefulness, ocean, and open space. The people are pretty chilled out, and the air is clean. Take me to either place right now please...hehehe.
