Clean City with people rushing for time for non existence event. I once ask a taxi driver if a tourist were to ask him how many days should he spent in Singapore for holiday (tourist 1st time in Singapore) Answer was 3 days max.
1st day go to Jurong Bird park than to Sentosa, Night time check out the nite spot.
2nd day, do some shopping and see some tourist sight. Than to the Night Safari later in the evening.
3rd day, last minute shopping and able to catch the last flight out of Singapore.
Singapore is so bored with people killing themselves by working to death paying bills, end up in shopping mall to kill time or drinking in the pub to end his/her day of suffering at work.

I think of monkeys, because a woman I used to work with was from Singapore and said there were monkeys all over.

i also think of the incident with Michael Fay about ten years ago, - the American teenager who got caned for committing vandalism.

I was there and enjoyed it very much. I liked the food and the MRT was very nice. I will never forget the smell of Durian though. I guess Singapore makes me think of the Merlion and pewter beer mugs.
