my broyher and his girlfriend want me to give them a ride to the abortion clinic ,hes 15 shes 16 ,they are going against her moms concent ,my question is ,if and when her mom finds out ,can she get me in trouble for taking them to the abortion clinic

I think so. Because she is under age, while she is under age the abortion would be illegal unless her mom give her permission to do it. I would not get involved... What about if this young lady has problems after the abortion and need to go to the hospital? Then you will get in trouble. If she was an adult the story would be different.

I know at that age is really difficult face the life with a baby, but she can consider give the baby in adoption to some one can give to the baby a good life. Sometimes women need to decide this for the best of the baby, they are not bad women, they just need to continue their lives and they can give their babies to people who are in need to adopt them. I think this choice is the best than go to the abortion center and kill the baby.

Don't know, I am not here to judge, If she decides to do it any way is her life and her body, but unfortunately, without her Mom permission is illegal.

I would strongly advise you to stay out of it. And anyway, even when they got there, they might not do it without a parent since she's only 16. I don't know what the laws are about that.

And honestly, I think her mom is right. Much of the time, after a girl has an abortion, she regrets it very much and would give anything to change it.

You can get in trouble with her, but she cannot sue you for taking your brother and his girlfriend to the clinic. The ultimate decision to proceed with the abortion is theirs. (Their mom can't sue or take legal action against them either!). If you don't give them a ride, they'll find some other way to get there.

I believe driving them there will not be an issue she will a parental consent from mom or dad but I'm sure 16 is the general age of consent so I do believe it is her choice. I would ask the mom if she wants to raise it and not allow her daughter to finish school and have a career?

Don't get involved. Not your problem .. it's there's ... particularily the girls problem. It was her decision to have sex, and she took the risk of having unprotected sex, or not using a condom right or just whatever caused her to become pregnant. Obviously she didn't do something right.

Tell them to get a cab. It's as simple as that.
Also, In my opinion that girl needs to take responsibility for herself. She's older than your brother, and if something goes wrong it will be the boys fault. She should get the abortion, the he needs to get out of this mess. Of course not untill the abortion is done because it's his baby aswell.

Hell, give them a ride. Let her kill the baby as fast as she can. It is the right thing to do. You would not want her or your brother to have a child at their age. He would have to have responsibility for getting her pregnant, and they would have to serve the consequences of their actions of having sex, unprotected.

It is better you help them kiill that little life before they have to tell anyone about their mistake. Please keep it quiet and maybe then they, your brother and the girlfriend, can get back to having more unprotected sex and fun. Maybe next time they will learn not to unprotected sex. By the way after you drive her to the clinic, please buy him a box of rubbers. That way you will not have to drive them to the clinic again.

How can she go against her mothers consent if her mother doesnt know? Read what you typed here. Dont get involved. They Played, they must pay. They need to tell the parents and than allow the parents to decide rather to help raise the child or put it up for adoption.
