Neutrogena

I like to use Clearisil Sensitive Skin Daily face wash, and then follow up with Neutrogena oil-free moisturizer. If you don't moisturize after you wash your face, then all you are doing is stripping all of your skin's natural oils which causes your face to produce more oil in order to compensate. (hopefully that made sense :)

Ivory or Neutrogena soap used at least twice a day with a very light moisturizer used on the dry areas of the face and neck.

for oily skins, use a cleanser with BHA .....you should avoid bar soaps...the product they use to harden the soap can actually plug your pores...as for moisturizers, try a lotion toner instead....
