Keith and Virginia were on the chopping block, Keith for the first time. Keith was eliminated because he was a terrible leader when given his opportunity to run the kitchen, and had an attitude with Chef Ramsay during the service. The decision was confirmed right when Keith accused Chef of having a "hard** for Virginia."

Keith(?), the only dude left. When the Chef named him, he accused Chef of favoring Virginia sexually. This made Chef say, "I was having a hard time deciding, but now I know I made the right choice."
