I know what I am about to tell you may sound a bit different, but if you want to meet a fish then go to the market. If you want to meet a man then just wait and let them come to you. Then take your pick.

There ppl all around us. Im sure you can meet one or two. Plus Demun is kinda right, your not really gonna find alot of fish in cyber world. In your school, your job, your neighborhood. Maybe you should go clubbin and meet a couple of guys or somethin.

ah, meeting them. the age old question. the hardest part of the equation.
i suggest:
don't try to meet them. just hang out with friends, people, at coffee shops, bars, or wherever you like to hang out. random conversations with strangers might arise. you meet people that way. you get friends. friends know friends, and your network expands. gradually, slowly, you gain more acquaintences and personalities. over time something happens that you don't expect and viola, there's a girl/guy. but maybe he/she's the wrong one. maybe a relationship develops and then it ends. but this is not the end. you still know all those people from before, and you hang out with them. more possibilities, and gradually, you meet another girl/guy. repeat and repeat and repeat as long as you wish.

When to go to partys and you see a guy you like then go up to him and start a convesation, If you want go to match.com and find a date there my friends mother did that and now she is engage to that person, or you can talk to someone online wit IM and for all I know it might grow some people find there Mr right by doing that
