I believe the "family" unit is the most important thing for our future.....that being the children.
It is so important that a sense of "belonging" and "feeling of love" be passed on to those who will be living in the indecision of life in the future.
The "delinquency" of the younger generation is not a gimme! Besides one could have the perfect family lilfe and still come out to be a "self made" delinquent. There are no guarantees.
The only thing we can do is to do our best at being a good parent. If your the product of a bad childhood and strive to make the lives of your children that much better then thats all you can do.
If you decide to make your children live through all the hardships that you lived through then you haven't grown into the adult that you'd like to be because your intentionally making them suffer as did you.
The breakdown of the family unit is growing rampant as the divorce rates rise and children become the victims of today's society.
We can only hope and pray that our children will live to become thriving adults who contribute to society in a positive way. Thereby we have given of ourselves all that we can to make the world a better place for everyone involved in their lives.
.................think about it..............

The institution of family is nearly non-existent, and that is why families (mostly single mothers) don't have the time to devote to their children. They rely on average paying jobs and support that may or may not come. Dads are rarely seen in family photos anymore. It is sad because the children lack the skills necessary to fully develop in society and become a burden well before their time. Computers may have been the promise of a new generation, but a machine can't teach a child how to speak, write, process general trouble shooting techniques, or even associate with other peers. Parents are responsible for their upbringing, but that is hard if neither individual has the time or interest to be involved.

It is not so bad as you think. In America there still are families that keep up the tradition of instilling family values in their children. There are many families that stay together and teach their children not to follow the customs of the corrupt world system.
It all depends on the present generation parents and what they stand for. If material wealth and physical pleasures are their goal in life their children will be worse than them. They will have no time for each other and no relationship can last in such a situation. For them relationships are only for personal convenience and benefit. If a relationship doesn't help them achieve their personal ambitions they will throw it and walk away.

It's not the institution of family that is nonexistent. Its the fact that most families do not have the moral standards, which were typically predominant in older generations. Because of that, we have a younger generation that is emotionally exhausted and morally bankrupt.

You bet I do!!!!!!!!!!! Laziness and drugs andparents who don't care are the biggest problem I know of. Our children do not have much of a chance to survive and almost no chance to thrive and be happy successful adults! Good question! I could go on about it for days!!

Learn to use proper grammar, punctuation, and spelling. Put the coming school year to good use. Well to be honest, you shouldn't have spent all your free time on this goofy sht and spent more time in the library improving yourself and your mind.
Thank you.

i think it is right for "western" civilization (USA, Europe). But what about the "eastern" one (Asia), family remains the most important social institute there.
