What exactly are we striving for... a global utopia, where all people have access to everything they want and nobody suffers? Universal equality irregardless of race, color or creed? Absolute freedom to do whatever you feel? A Darwinian existance, where the best and brightest control everything? Or is it just a "figure it out as we go" thing? What should the future look like, and what will it actually be like? Star Trek or The Road Warrior?

by nature all humans strive for pleasure - the acquisition of power offers the greatest chance of success - the collision of powerful people cause wars and the collusion of powerful people brings peace - but only if individual power remains intact - there really are so few good guys down here. As to your future scenario question, I think both road warrior and star trek may have their turns - but on this subject I read that the Hindu's predict a coming age of telepathy - if this happens the power shift will change cause lies and deceit would be easily exposed - in other words, GWB and those like him would not stand a chance of getting a kind nod let alone a vote

Looking at your previous questions and the answers you selected as BEST and than reading your quote" my question was meant to see HOW people would respond, (and boy did they!) as opposed to what they would say." SHOWS TO ME THAT YOU WHERE NOT SEEKING ANY TRUTHS , JUST A RESPONCE, so in truth you are not seeking any answers, because you feel you have them.
