SPAA technique.

1) surveilence - test the waters. how? talk to her. strike up a conversation. see how it goes. or just say hi and chat for a little. whatever. see how she reacts.

2) perception - does she laugh? make eye contact? what's the general "feel" of your chemistry together?

3) attention - pay attention to her signals. smiling, laughter, touching, etc. just cuz she doesn't seem interested doesn't mean she is not, she could just be shy. or in a not-talky mood at that particular time. just be open, persistent (but not overly so), and confident.

4) active - and here's the real interesting part. after the initial conversation in which you show her interest in conversing with her, the next time you see her, show a bit of interest then back off - leave her wanting more. maybe get in a conversation with her friend. nothing big. but watch her reaction.

human nature to want what you don't have. and humans like a challenge. easy things are boring. she had your attention the last time. this time, she needs to fight a little for it.
