what im trying to ask is that, i really want to learn and know in your opinions,,that how to have an efficient rating in school in related to any non formal education..hope you help me guys..thanks in advance..godbless..

"Efficient ratings" [seemingly] are the latest non-educational, non-meaningful system to come along; a kind of don't ask, don't tell learning??? or more of a no fault kind of ed speak
I have no qualms about this type of meaningless terminology as long as it is kept in the realm of non-formal education; therefore, appropriate for non-degree, non-credit classes.
If I am paying for an education, I want to know how I am doing; if I am teaching the class, I owe my students an honest appraisal of their work..
