just on the properties when you right click the picture

You need to upload your file on a filesharing site like filecargo.com, rapidshare.de. Once uploaded, these sites, generate an URL which you can circulate among your friends.

You're looking to upload it? Try geocities.com. If it's on your hard drive it doesn't have an Internet URL.
