how can i tell my boyfriend know that i love him?

i always wanted a boyfriend and now i got one,but i am too shy to tell him i love him.what sould i do?

if you are shy telling him so...go ahead with a little note..use an e-mail...or an e-card..to tell him how you feel for him.
Just make him feel warm and wanted,and he'll smell your love himself.

ahh, another puppy love, lol yeah ive been through this stuff, i remember my first boyfriend in highschool, we couldnt even hold hands in public but he kissed me on the cheeks when he and his family moved to town and left me all alone LOL, i experienced the same thing i couldnt say the word i love you, but you know what there are many ways on how you can say you love him or express your feelings to him, by writing letters or poems, giving him a nice gifts, anyway action speaks louder than words, so you have to be creative, he's your first boyfriend right? so just make the most out of it but you should know your limits as well.

This might be slightly insulting to us boys but we are not always that bright. You may think all your actions in the world have made it clear that you love him but that doesn't mean he noticed at all.

If you love him you have to tell him. Best way is to hug him really tight and tell him you love him, if he loves you back he will hug you tightly back. Also boys says "I love you" a later in the relationship then girls (usually).

And please note saying it over the phone doesn't really count, not if its the first time anyway.
