where do homeless people get their buggies (aka shopping carts...)
seriously i mean! i really want to know!

They probably steal them as I don't know of any stores that give away free buggies.

I hate to be blunt but they steal them (even if they find it loose on the street).
The companies fail to secure them and people abandon them; at my work site I see too many homeless people running around with carts; generally, they make a mess, block roadways etc. and show no sense of guilt if someone says anything to them.

they take them from parking lots of stores!!!!duh!!!!
