This phone was purchased for mother. I didn't like because the menus weren't easy to use, but mostly because the speaker just one day stopped working and she could not hear anyone on the phone again.

Mitsubishi (I forget the model); I was told it was the kind that workers liked for its durability. I got it through FIDO (in Canada); it's the only phone that I've had that had severe software problems.
