Obviously this is bothering you and I think that if it affects you on this level then you should speak up about it. I think to keep it in the dark and unsaid will only create more problems for you in the future, like the both of they doing it again. By not saying anything your basically telling them that what they did was ok and your fine with it. It is up to you whether you tell them both at the same time or individually. Yes you should confront them, but you should think about what actually hurt you and why you waited this long to say something about it and what you want to do next. I did something like that to a friend. Tell them it bothers you for them to act like it's not a big deal. How much do you care for the ex? Must be quite a bit.
