Do you have any of those little round peppermint candies? Peppermint is a great way to soothe an upset stomach.

Stay away from anything dairy or carbonated. That could make it worse.

Try eating a few saltine crackers or drinking some Sprite or 7-Up. That usually does the trick for me! Good luck.

If u have some cocacola it works great drink slowly the pH levels in your stomach are probably a little screwed up this will help try it
