She has informed me that I need to take a class for 12 weeks and then she has to take a 4week class to get rid of the restraing order.

Stay away from her she got an order for a reason also breaking orders can end you up in jail...

Go back to court and file the paper work to modify the court order(the restraining order) If you have to go to class for 12 weeks is it for anger management? or for what? But go back to court and also file for a waiver so that she doesn't have to pay for filing fee's I have never heard of going to classes before to remove a restraining order.

take the legal procedures, but, you should get first hand information for yourself. Call the police dept. that issued the order.
