Hey, thems the rules they all agreed to. Stinks when they aren't all in your pocket, doesn't it? When FDR helped to create the UN, he thought the USA would pretty much control things, but then USSR proved not to be much of an ally, and then China went bad and the commies ended up with the seat, and then France, well, what can you do? In some ways, yeah, it is a sad joke, but at least some issues get heard and small helpless countries can have a say. It is better than nothing at all.

The world is in great need of a "World Police" true...
But those five may not be the right ones to justify and control everything!

Everything needs to be put in order... but its also not fair when one of those super power veto sides with either of the conflicting parties, while letting the other helpless and weak!

nicely, its no longer a joking count number i think of that it would be taken heavily. the reason that its no longer achieving enormous issues is that countless the governments have not have been given any faith in it. the only way that the international would be waiting to get something achieved is that if we have confidence one yet another. If we walk around with shields infront of our faces all of our lives, we wont be waiting to work out the solid that would happen if we enable it.
