1999.... I am alittle upset.... did I really party like it was 1999???? I don't think the year gave me a reason too!!!

The most boring year was the year before I was born because I was not here. Ever since then, there is nothing boring in my life.

I'd say there were several years in the mid-1700's that would qualify. That's because that's when we switched to the current (Julian) calendar. We skipped several years to correct the old calendar, so those years may be on the calendar, but nothing at all happened.
