It's a song to her child. She is hoping that they will grow up and experience all of the wonders of the world and be confident enough in themselves not to deny themselves opportunities to live. Because nothing is more freeing than just letting go and dancing. Therefore, I hope you grow up and can experience all the joy the world has to offer.
