My ex heard on tv that there was a lawsuit against t-3 . My son Hunter died of SIds last year at 11 days of age, and I am pregnent again, Need to know the correlation if any between the two. any links would be appreciated.

Im so sorry to hear that . I thought Sids was a myth . Im not trying to be rude or offensive to you in any way . I was watching a documentary that said that they were discovering Sids to be death by suffocation . Id like to know more about Sids. So as not to be misinformed . Do you have any links ?

Here's a question for you. Are you aware that codeine is synthesized from morphine? A controlled substance (read drug), which I hope was, at the very least, given to you by a physician.
If you are seeing a doctor who is prescribing codeine to you while you are pregnant, then you might need to see a different doctor. If you were given codeine while you were pregnant, then you should take the time to look further into legal action, regardless of any class-action against t-3.
And since you are currently pregnant, don't take any codeine. If you need a pain reliever, then do some research to insure that any medicine you do take is suggested during pregnancy.

I am deeply sorry for your loss. But your question is very skimpy on facts? How long and in want amounts did you take that substance during pregnancy and for how long...a "smoking gun" can not be assessed without that critical info..in a nutshell yes there is a link being investigated BUT you're up against the Pharmaceutical empire and unless you have a multitude of facts and data you have little case for a Lawsuit if that's your aim.

They have suspected for many years now that drug abuse during pregnance is the #1 cause of S.I.D.S., the studies aren't real accurate because they can't get woman to be honest about the subject!

look under tylenol which is dangerous if taken in the last trimester- your pharmasist should be able to give you some info - sorry about your son and best wishes for your new baby
