Sounds fun!! The only thing that got me through my bed rest was the internet. Thank goodness my brother had a lap top with wireless internet. I know your pain and feel so sorry for you. Keep in mind that bed rest does not confine you to your bed. You can lay on the couch or go to a pool and do some responsible sunning or go get a manicure and pedicure. You do not have to LAY DOWN the whole time unless your doctor said you did. Otherwise, just take it slow and easy and enjoy the time off, you wont get much of it after the baby is born.

Good books, movies (netflix got my sis through stomach virus bedrest), video games, internet (I'm assuming you've found that one already though!), invite a friend that's calming and fun to hang out with to come over and chat or play a game or something.
If you have time to be online a lot, you could try roleplaying. It's a lot of fun, even if it is slightly a nerdish thing to do. also chat rooms.
arcamax.com has books that they send to your email address one chapter a day. You don't even have to sign up for other offers.
Also you could learn something new. It would be a good time to learn sewing/knitting/needlepoint (which is now an in thing and not just for grannies anymore), or a second language.

ohhh...You better love your bed these time around..because you really need a Complete Bed Rest...Always keep on side lying to give your child more oxygen...and too much stress increases tissue perfussion leading to increase in your blood pressure....having these problem during pregnancy needs to be paid attention to...stay cool...
Listen to your doctor coz it's for your own GOOD...t.c.

get one of those really big balls that you work out on and sit on it and roll back and forth. just what ever you do dont watch any of the baby stories on discovery channel it will make you terrified of what can go wrong with your pregnancy. I would also try getting a really good book such as the divinci code. its really good.

When I was in the hospital I would do alot of word puzzles. Not the search-a-word or cross-word puzzles but the play-on-word ones. Those kept me busy for hours.
