I cry a lot but i've only cried my eyes out probably twice in my life. Once when my grandpa died and again when my boyfriend and I broke up. Those two times were the worst in my life. I cried litterally for days. Call me weak if you will but I still carrie a lot of sadness inside from both of those situations.

I cry about anything and everything. Someone can say somthing not so nice to me and i cry on the drop of a dime. The only times i have cried my eyes out is when grandaddy died, a little girl i took care of was killed by her mommy boyfriend (that is by far the worst thing that ever has happened to me) when my bf broke up with me and when Brad (a friend) died in Iraq march of 2003.

Not to get too gross, but I have a friend that was riding his motorcycle late at night, when a big gust of wind blew his motorcycle over. He did a face-plant on a mailbox, crushing about half the bones in his face. His first operation was to put his eyeballs back in his head. And, I imagine he was probably crying from the pain at the time, so, maybe I haven't done it, but I know someone who has....

Yes. I've cried so much that it's caused my contacts to fall out of my eyes, making it so that I could not see.

Seriously.

Of course, I can be such a cry-baby. I think I've read in a paper that crying helps you to get rid of some chemicals responsible for sadness. Whether it's true or not, after a good cry I feel cleansed and much better.

it doesn't actually feel good when you're crying your eyes out but after it feels good to let out everything you've bottled up inside. once i was so upset i went to my room and turned the radio on (my only therapy when i'm upset) and simple plan-welcome to my life came on...yep i lost it and hehe started drawing on my walls with a pencil. so if you ever wanna make it worse, turn on some tunes =P lol was that help at all?
