Get CD Ceaner from Best Buy, or any place that sells it. Spray some on the CD, then wipe it carefully to remove the moisture from the spray.
You might have to do this a couple of few times.
Then it might be better than ever.

well i have this stuff it is like a plastic to put the cd in and it will not get scratched of you can burn the cd on the computer

get a cd buffer it buffs out light surface scratches. If it's too dep just get a new CD

You can buy scratch remover products for CD's. Try one of those companies that deliver booklets to your door such as Avon or Betterware.

You can try putting a small amount of plain toothpaste on it(not the kind that has grit) rub it in then clean with alcohol.
