my friend told me that after masterbation the shaft of his penis forms rings on it.. yes RINGS... is it normal? or a serious condition.. but those rings dissapear within an hour!

if rings do not hurt and dissapear within an hour.. then its normal... but it will be better to consult a doctor...
it sounds different... but AS FAR AS IT DOESNT HURT AND ITS EXTERNAL.. ITS NORMAL!
