if you dont play any sports you should run, surprisingly, that helps a lot for abs. i also do this thing that strengthens your whole core area. Get in a push up position, but instead of putting your hands on the floor, you make a fist, grab it with the other hand, and but your forearms on the ground. hold this position for 30 seconds. Each day add 10 seconds to the time, in a few days you'll easily be able to hold it for a minute. i do lunges, jump rope, and stitups, but i don't do these specifically for abs, i do it to train for lacrosse, but it really helps me with both.

Crunches and situps-for the crunches,do them straight and to the left and the right, running on the treadmill helps too...Buying a workout machine is your best bet-but you probably won't get it two weeks......crunches and situps all day everyday and eating really healthy will get you your abs in two weeks.

hon --- two wks is a very short time period for perfect abs! do your daily crunches, avoid 'gassy foods' which protrude tummy and drinks lots of liquids to flush your body. in time you will see the abs you want 'now' but in the mean time you will see some minor results!
