I went off the pill due to abnormal periods. I have been off for about 3 weeks. My nipples started to hurt last week. Today i was getting sharp pains in my right breast. I'm very hungry and am finding myself extremely fatigued. I've fallen asleep in the afternoon three days in a row. If I am pregnant, I would have concieved two weeks ago...if that. Im just nervous. I took a test and it came up negative. If you have any advice...I'd appreciate it. Thanks!!!

If you were on the pill for a long time, those are normal "withdrawl" symptoms. Just drink lots of water and try to stay active. If you were on it for a short period of time (less then 6 months) that is your body saying its confused. The pill kind of "Tricks" your body into thinking it is pregnant so you wont concieve. If you get off of it your body thinks it is no longer pregnant and is preping itself to be able to get pregnant. take another pregnancy test in a few more days.

All the symptoms sound like the ones you get when you are pregnant. Especially the fatigue and nipple tenderness. I would contact your Gyn and get a blood test. If the test is negative the Gyn can figure out how to best treat your symptoms.

It is possible that you are pregnant, you should seek medical advice on that however. It could also be that your body is just adjusting to the new hormone changes that going off the pill have caused.

I took 12 tests before one came up pos. But don't worry too much. It's probably your body adjusting the hormone level.

Could be pregnant, or could be the result of you going off the pill. Could be anything. Talk to your doctor

It's unlikely you'll get pregnant after three weeks. You probably haven't ovulated yet. these are either hormone adjustments or something else. Call your doctor.
