Lemon juice helps w/ blemishes and grated cucumber helps as a refreshing face wash and moisterizer. I once tried a teaspoon of ground nutmeg with a splash of milk, mixed together, and dabbed all over my face. When I washed it off my face was silky smooth! It might not work for everyone, but it works for my skin type. I don't really have sensitive skin and my complexion is caramel.

Well I got these two things from Glamour Mag. that really works for me. This is supposed to clear up your skin and help it breathe easier. All you have to do is crunch up like 5 of 6 tablets of asprin and put some water in it and put it on your face till it dries up and then wash it off. For blemishes and pimples and stuff use a mixture of yeast and lemon juice. I use these two treatments often and they work wonderfully!

While I can't provide any lotion ideas, I have often read about using an oatmeal paste to help remove blemishes from a woman's skin.

Not a lot. Get a PedEgg off the local market, about 3.0 pounds and worth every single penny! And cream those feet every night with a good handcream.

Using a small amount of pure olive oil on your skin will keep it hydrated ... use it on your arms, legs etc and if you want, a very small amount on your face will keep it fresh and glowing!
