Depends on the woman! Some women that heavy can look just fine in a bikini. Other's should never be allowed in public unless they have long pants (loose fitting) and long sleeved shirts on. It just depends on the woman.

A dark color (black, navy blue, eggplant) dress that is not too fitted and comes with a matching jacket. A-line dresses with empire waists are often flattering on heavier women also. No bright colors-will only attract attention to the body.

well somthing saint john or something classy and elegent but yet gives that feminin touch!!! theres soo many things for women like that at this store iforgot the name but its in beverly hills wen u drive down to nemin marcus the name starts with a b like bvgallri or somehting like that!

a black dress would be most fitted expeacially with the weight issue...it hides some of it and makes it look like beauty
