The best option hands down is RUBBING ALCOHOL. Don't even try the other methods

I Googled Silly Putty Cleaning, and it said, Cleaning Solvent. There were other hints. :) However, I would certainly air out his room for a long while if you use a solvent.....

try goof off or oops, in the laundry section of your local walmart store
