I purchased this book at a yard sale and have searched at every search engine I know of without success. The book is called Bolmar's Levizac's French Grammar. It's dated 1844. ANY information is appreciated.

If you'd like to learn more about the book I would suggest trying to find out if anyone else has it.

take a look at these sites: http://www.abebooks.com/ and http://www.bookfinder.com/

I believe that ABE Books is a good site if you're looking for information on a particular book and have the title/publication date/author.

I found a mention of it on worldcatlibraries.org, but it says it was published in 1848 in Philadelphia by publishers Carey and Hart. The book is listed on Amazon.com, but it says it's currently unavailable. If you search Carey and Hart/Publishers a lot of sites come up where you might find the book listed. Hope you found a treasure. How the book is bound is important, too, when determining its worth. There's a number of web sites about book binding that might describe your book. Good luck.
