to feed the little one that she has lumps on her belly it does not look very nice, they are maybe the size of peewee marbles, does anyone know about what this is? I am assuming that she might have the dreaded disease cancer:(

how old is she? how many lumps? are they in the middle because sometimes their pouches are full and they feel like lumps if its the side area. im assuming u never noticed them before. if shes young it may be an abscess over cancer. take her to the vet if possible.

I would take her to the vet- no amount of replies on Yahoo Answers can replace vet care.
How old is she? Is she exposed to constant light, or does she have periods of darkness at night? Cancer and respiratory problems are unfortunately quite common in almost all types of small pets. Cancer seems the most likely, although they could be some other form of growth, too. Is there still hair covering them?

Yeah, I'm thinking cancer.
Hamsters only live for about a year and a half. 3 years is ancient but not unheard of. Cancer kills alot of them.

uh oh, I have been a hamster lover for a while and owner, and I have not experienced that..try going on to some of the MSN Groups for hamsters and they will be able to help you..one of my favorites in MSN International Hamsters Association.

Take her to a vet,she has a problem, it may be cancer but you can't say for sure,better take her to a vet to be sure.

Call your vet and tell him what they look like...It maybe cancer or it could be just harmless growths...But i would what to know one way or another...GOOD LUCK...
