Yeah, I was a bridesmaid and was forced to shop there. I hate being a bridesmaid.

I was going to get a dress there for a wedding and has the worst possible service ever. After waiting about thirty minutes, I just decided to try the dresses on myself and come to a conclusion with my mother. I have NEVER had such bad service ever and think that the dresses have cheaply made material. I am a firm believer that "you get what you pay for" and if you want something that probably won't flatter your figure, get something at David's Bridal.

No, I bought my wedding dress at David's Bridal the dress was beautiful. I also had my alterations done at David's with no problem. The sales people were polite and very help-full.

Yes. If you can then use another bridal shop. We had a huge problem with them when my daughter married and I swore I would drive 3 towns over if I had to in order to find another shop to use. I know others who have had problems too.

I did. I picked out the perfect dress, it didn't need any alterations. The sales lady told me to give it a week and a half so they could dry clean it and come back to pick it up. I showed up the day before I was flying to Las Vegas to get married. I went to the alteration department, gave the woman my ticket and she looked at me like I had 3 heads. She was really snotty and asked if I had an appointment. I said no and she told me that no one gets seen without an appointment. I told her I was just picking up the dress, I didn't need a fitting and she said no. I told her I needed it for the next day and she said there was nothing she could do. I had to FREAK OUT and act like a fool before she finally went back and got my dress. I wanted to slap her so bad. I am mad just thinking about it.
