A)Use very short timout on the screen saver, password required to get back in. Only works if each customer has a unique password.

B)Install readers on computers to read cards/tokens, which expire when time is up. Computer won't work without a card/token.

C) Put up a big sign: No switching computers. When a computer's time is up, throw the kid at the computer out. They will learn not to switch.

Who's the adult here? Tag the computers with a number - keep it simple - like 1, 2, 3, 4, 5... Make a sign-in sheet for the user's name, computer number, time in, time out. If a user disobey's you, he is disobeying the rules and loses the rest of his/her time.
