why do flowers grow better when you talk to them?

my friend told me that if you talk to flowers they grow better....do they understand us? where are their ears?

so if i blow on them they grow better?

Flowers tend to grow better for people who talk to them because those people tend to pay more attention to their plants and treat them better (water, fertilizer) and more conscientiously. It has nothing to do with the talking.

Most living thing need oxygen to breath. Plants need carbon dioxide. When you breath you breath in oxygen and you breath out carbon dioxide. Plants do just the opposite. So the more you talk to them the more carbon dioxide they get. The more carbon dioxide they get they more they grow. They breath in that carbon dioxide and breath out oxygen.
